He really can't move very well in this. His arms have a slight pitch to them. 
He doesn't really like wearing it, but he does like going out to play in the snow so he deals with it. He can say snow so clear now!

That's totally how it was. I still laugh every time he waddles around in it.
Think of the muscles its building trying to hold that coat up! this little guy is just adorable!
